This discography offers some general suggestions for building a music library for your health, well-being, inspiration, and work. You are encouraged to explore a variety of musical menus to open the ear, the heart, and the mind. Each category mentioned here has both classical and popular suggestions that are available at most record stores. The label is given when specific recordings are outstanding.
